On October 14, 2025, on the eve of the opening of the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), the team of Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent") arrived at the Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center on October 13 to officially begin booth setup at booth 20.1E04. As a leading company in the domestic intelligent marking equipment field, Chuke Intelligent will showcase a variety of innovative products, aiming to deepen global collaboration through the Canton Fair platform and promote "Made in China" technology to the world.
Themed "Intelligent, Precise, and Efficient," the Chuke Intelligent booth features a modular design. Dynamic lighting effects and an interactive experience area will visually showcase its full-process solutions for laser marking, welding, cleaning, and more. The core area of ??the booth will highlight various product lines, particularly the handheld
Laser Marking Machine equipped with Chuke Intelligent's proprietary micron-level laser control system. This machine achieves 0.01mm precision on materials like metal and plastic, making it suitable for high-end manufacturing applications such as automotive parts and aerospace. The dual-head automatic laser
Marking Machine utilizes a dual-station collaborative algorithm and high-speed galvanometer control technology, increasing efficiency by 150% compared to traditional models. It has already served multiple national projects. The
UV Laser Marking Machine, with its non-contact, environmentally friendly design, supports high-
Precision Marking on brittle materials like glass and ceramics, reducing failure rates by 40% compared to traditional processes. It is widely used in the electronic components and medical device sectors.
At the exhibition, Xiao Renmin, Executive Director of Chuke Intelligent, stated, "Since our move into the new Zhongnan High-Tech Beibei Technology Smart Port facility in April this year, our production capacity has increased significantly, with annual R&D investment accounting for over 8% of revenue." The company's joint intelligent testing laboratory, established with several research institutes, has overcome numerous technical bottlenecks. For example, the company's MOPA pulsed fiber laser achieves adjustable pulse widths from 1 to 500 nanoseconds, with a beam quality of M2 <1.3, enabling micron-level etching on 0.05mm thick stainless steel foil. To further meet customer needs, the company plans to upgrade its global service network within the year, establishing regional service centers in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, as well as an overseas service center in Russia. These centers will be equipped with a professional engineering team and spare parts warehouse, ensuring a 48-hour emergency response.
The Canton Fair, as the world's largest comprehensive international trade event, provides Chuke Intelligent with an opportunity to connect with global buyers. Xiao Renmin revealed, "We have developed customized solutions for different market needs, such as equipment designed for -40°C low-temperature operation in the extreme climate of the Middle East, and moisture-resistant laser systems optimized for the tropical monsoon climate of Southeast Asia."
At the April 2025 Spring Canton Fair, Chuke Intelligent won a custom order from Czech customer DELTIMA Precision Ltd. for its 3D
Mopa Laser Marking Machine, enabling high-precision marking of complex metal workpieces. At this autumn's fair, the company further launched intelligent marking equipment equipped with an AI visual recognition system, which automatically identifies deformation of curved workpieces and adjusts the marking path in real time.
Facing the trend of intelligent transformation in the manufacturing industry, Chuke Intelligent has clearly identified the integration of laser technology with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things as its core strategy. The company plans to launch an intelligent marking system in the second half of 2025, using deep learning algorithms to achieve adaptive marking of complex curved surfaces. It is also developing perovskite photovoltaic cell laser scribing equipment and hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plate welding systems, aiming to double its output value and production capacity by 2026.
"The Canton Fair is not only a stage for product display, but also a bridge for dialogue between Chinese intelligent manufacturing and the global industry." Xiao Renmin said, "We will continue to be driven by technological innovation to provide more efficient and precise solutions for the global manufacturing industry, helping 'Chinese intelligent manufacturing' move to the center of the world stage.
